2.Our Invoice contract
Before you order from us,you should know that all the details,including what materials we use,what machining methods we use and what to produce,how to produce,how long time to produce,make sure you understand everything and be agreed to the invoices.Cooperation is based on mutual knowledge and trust.
3.Sending Inquiry & Placing Order
If you are interested in our cnc machining service or any other services or any other machining parts, please feel free to contact us with your request,or sending the CAD design drawings or product model drawings to us,sometimes,you can also just let us know your idea of the products. We will response to you with details and quotation within 8 hours. All your informations is protected by our confidentiality agreement.
4.Order Specifications
You are responsible to ensure that the specifications supplied are correct. Usually we will advice you to offer both CAD and .pdf files, normally designs are made according to the specifications as set out in the CAD file in default.
Once you need to make a change to the goods you have ordered,please make sure to contact us before mass production,also provide us a completely engineering change document. We would figure it out and let you know if the changes are possible. When it is possible, we will also make you know the price changes,the timing of supply or any other which would be necessary to happen because of the change, you should confirm whether you wish to go ahead with the change.Changes could be made once our production is started in machining.
5.Delivery
During the order process,our sales man will send you an estimated delivery date. Occasionally the delivery may be affected by an event out of our control.
Delivery is complete once the goods have been unloaded at the address for delivery set out in your order and the Goods will be at your risk from that time.That time you own the Goods once we have received payment in full, including of all applicable delivery charges, duties and taxes.
If we failed to deliver the goods, our liability is limited to the cost of obtaining replacement goods of a similar description,less the price of the goods. However, we will not be responsible for any failure to deliver was caused by an event outside our control, or because you failed to provide adequate delivery instructions or any other instructions that are relevant to the supply of goods.
If you donot take delivery within 10 days after the day on which we notified you or you refused to pay the balance,then we cannot go on for the goods delivery, we may resell part of, or even all the goods.
6.Retention of Title
The goods remain the property of the provider until the purchase price has been fully paid.
The provider retains ownership of the goods until all claims from the current business relationship have been fully settled. Before the ownership of the goods subject to retention of title, the customer is not permitted to pledge or assign them as security.
The customer may resell the goods in the ordinary course of business. In this case, he already assigns all claims in the amount of the invoice amount that arise from the resale to the provider accepting the assignment. The customer is also authorized to collect the debt. If he does not properly meet his payment obligations, the provider reserves the right to collect the claim himself.
When the reserved goods are combined and mixed, the provider acquires co-ownership of the new item in the ratio of the invoice value of the reserved goods to the other processed objects at the time of processing.
